I've come across dozens of companies in my working life, and I've always tried to see the people behind the enterprise, whether they're employees, managers or owners. Those people represented either a guarantee of trust and quality, or on the contrary, a signal for increased caution. I think this rule applies in the consultancy business more than anywhere else, and respecting it I want to personally guarantee the results of the work of Practical Management, s.r.o.
I graduated from the Faculty of Economics, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava. Combined with secondary technical education, the degree in economics was a good basis for further professional development in the field of corporate economics.
Since 1995 I have worked in specific corporate areas, from personnel and training, and marketing and surveys, through cost reduction and financial controlling, to process management, and comprehensive management consulting and crisis management.
Apart from personal experience the consultancy practice allowed me to surround myself with a team of skilled managers and specialists in various areas of corporate management.
